2022 Polar Plunge
Sign up for the coolest event of the year: The Virtual Polar Plunge!
Take the challenge during March 7-21. Every dollar you raise will help fund Special Olympics Québec programs that enrich the lives of athletes with an intellectual disability through sport, health, and social inclusion.
Here are some ideas:
- Dive into a bathtub full of ice water
- Jump into a kiddie pool in your backyard
- Freeze your beard or hair
- Make a snow angel wearing only a bathing suit
Step 1: Sign up! Form a team with colleagues, friends, or family, give yourselves a funny name and wear crazy costumes if you feel like it because this challenge is all about fun!
Step 2: Fundraise. Let your family, friends, and co-workers know that you are raising money in support of Special Olympics Québec and encourage them to donate to your page!
Step 3: Take a photo or video of yourself doing your challenge and share it on the event's Facebook page!
Challenge someone else, the more the merrier!
The Polar Plunge is an original and fun fundraising activity organized by the Law Enforcement Torch Run, including members of the SPVM and the RCMP, in collaboration with the City of Montreal
